摘　　要：直线加速器是一种大型医疗设备,主要用于肿瘤放射治疗,能够有效抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖和转移。其正常运行对于控制患者疾病进展、保护患者生命安全具有重要意义。因此,确保直线加速器的稳定运行是至关重要的。直线加速器可能会出现多种故障,可能会对患者造成较大影响,因此必须及时进行维修。针对直线加速器的常见故障,需要采取相应的维修策略,维修人员需要掌握一定的专业知识,具备较高的能力水平,以便更好地进行维修。直线加速器的维修工作因其结构的复杂性和涉及的学科广泛性而变得复杂。直线加速器的故障和维修工作直接关系到患者的治疗安全和医疗机构的运营效率,故针对直线加速器设备故障问题进行分析,总结相关的设备故障诊断和维修的经验,提供设备有效维护的方法和建议。Linear accelerator is a kind of large-scale medical equipment,mainly used in tumor radiotherapy,which can effectively inhibit the proliferation and metastasis of tumor cells.Its normal operation is of great significance for controlling the disease progression and protecting the life safety of patients.Therefore,it is very important to ensure the stable operation of the linear accelerator.The linear accelerator may have a variety of failures,which may have a greater impact on patients,so it must be repaired in time.In view of the common faults of linear accelerator,corresponding maintenance strategies need to be taken,and maintenance personnel need to master certain professional knowledge and have a high level of ability in order to better repair.The maintenance work of linear accelerator is complicated by the complexity of its structure and the wide range of disciplines involved.To sum up,the failure and maintenance of linear accelerator are directly related to the treatment safety of patients and the operation efficiency of medical institutions.Therefore,this paper analyzes the failure of linear accelerator equipment,summarizes the experience of related equipment fault diagnosis and maintenance,and provides methods and suggestions for effective equipment maintenance.
