摘  要:随着行业的发展,海上升压站的尺寸及重量逐渐增大,对起重船机的需求也逐渐提高。受限于复杂的海洋环境,进行海上吊装时施工船和吊物均会产生动态响应,需要结合施工船、风浪等角度评估作业的可行性和安全性,如何在作业窗口期内完成升压站的安装成为摆在海上风电项目面前的难题。本文针对一2000吨级海上升压站的吊装过程进行了仿真分析,并对过程中存在的安全风险提出了管控措施,以期为后续类似工程建设项目的施工提供参考。With the development of the industry,the size and weight of offshore booster stations are gradually increasing,and the demand for crane ship engines is also gradually increasing.Due to the complex marine environment,both the construction vessel and the hoisted object will produce dynamic response during offshore hoisting.It is necessary to evaluate the feasibility and safety of the operation from the perspective of the construction vessel,wind and waves.How to complete the installation of the booster station within the operation window has become a difficult problem for offshore wind power projects.This article conducts simulation analysis on the lifting process of a 2000 ton offshore booster station and proposes control measures for the safety risks that exist during the process,in order to provide reference for the construction of similar engineering projects in the future.
