摘 要:浙江省宁波舟山港六横公路大桥项目二期工程青龙门大桥主通航孔为2×756m三塔钢箱梁斜拉桥,为世界在建最大跨径三塔钢箱梁斜拉桥,其引桥采用70m跨混凝土预制节段箱梁结构,节段梁分块预制,最大分块节段长3.4m,高4.0m,宽12.3m,重量达104.4t。节段梁采用架桥机进行分块拼装,由于原设计图纸节段梁吊点布置较多,现场孔位预埋工作量大、对孔精度要求高,施工难度较大,为高效率地完成节段梁的提吊作业,结合设计图纸及现场实际情况,简单探讨了一种节段梁吊点的优化方案并对其进行了相应的受力验算,通过优化吊点布置,提高了海上节段梁吊装安全及施工效率。The main navigation span of Qinglongmen Bridge in Phase II of Zhoushan Port Liuheng Highway Bridge Project in Ningbo,Zhejiang Province is a 2×756m three tower steel box girder cable-stayed bridge,which is the world's largest under-construction three tower steel box girder cable-stayed bridge.Its approach bridge adopts a 70m span precast concrete segmental box girder structure,and the segmental beams are prefabricated in blocks.The maximum segmental length is 3.4m,the height is 4.0m,the width is 12.3m,and the weight is 104.4t.The segmental beam is assembled in blocks using a bridge erecting machine.Due to the large number of lifting points arranged in the original design drawings,the on-site hole pre embedding workload is high,and the requirement for hole accuracy is high,making the construction difficult.In order to efficiently complete the lifting operation of the segmental beam,a simple optimization scheme for the lifting points of the segmental beam is discussed based on the design drawings and the actual situation on site,and corresponding stress calculations are carried out.By optimizing the arrangement of lifting points,the safety and construction efficiency of offshore segmental beam lifting are improved.
