摘 要:为了解决板栗收获过程中可能发生的落果伤人事件以及收获过程中收获效率低、利用率低的问题,基于板栗收获机落果装置的技术要求,不宜使用果实自然掉落法,而是采用主动收获法,因此通过设计高空作业的拍打机构来解决这些问题。其中拍打机构主要由曲柄摇杆机构和减速器组成,采用无急回特性的曲柄摇杆机构来使装置具有较高的稳定性,采用减速器实现合适的输出转速,并增加载荷能力以及转矩,来使其能够达到较高的收获效率和利用效率。该设计对板栗的安全收获方式以及效率提升有指导意义。In order to solve the problems of possible injury caused by falling fruit,low harvest efficiency and utilization rate in the process of harvesting chestnut,a fruit dropping device of chestnut harvester is designed based on the relevant technical requirements.For the fruit dropping device of chestnut harvester,it is not appropriate to use the natural fruit dropping method,but to use the active harvest method.Therefore,a high-altitude flapping mechanism is designed to solve these problems.The beating mechanism is mainly composed of a crank rocker mechanism and a reducer.A crank rocker mechanism without sharp return characteristics is adopted to make the device have a higher stability,while a reducer is adopted to achieve a suitable output speed and increase the load capacity and torque.As a result,a higher harvest efficiency and utilization efficiency can be achieved.The design has guiding significance for the safe harvesting method and efficiency improvement of chestnut.
