玻璃温室结构成本的影响因素及对策研究

摘　　要：玻璃温室近年来已成为现代化农业的重要组成部分,具有良好的透光性、稳定性、寿命长等优点,非常适用于设施农业大规模建设和种植。但行业内缺乏成熟的成本数据,导致项目出现投资成本大、成本控制难的问题。钢结构、铝合金结构、玻璃作为玻璃温室的主体骨架,在设计和投资中常作为重点进行分析。基于玻璃温室和厂房建筑结构上的相似性,通过对比分析两者用材和安装的区别,指出玻璃温室结构的材料成本和安装成本的影响因素,并对成本控制提出建议。Glass greenhouses have become an important part of modern agriculture in recent years.They have the advantages of good light transmittance,stability and long lifespan,making them highly suitable for large-scale construction and planting in facility agriculture.However,the lack of mature cost data within the industry has led to issues such as high investment costs and difficulties in cost control for projects.Steel structures,aluminum alloy structures,and glass,as the main skeletons of glass greenhouses,are often analyzed as key points in design and investment.The glass greenhouses and factory buildings are similar in structure.By comparing and analyzing the differences in material usage and installation between them,this article points out the influencing factors of material cost and installation cost of glass greenhouse structure,and puts forward suggestions for cost control.
