高速公路既有混凝土路缘石表层病害分布特征及成因调查分析

摘  要:基于河西地区早期高速公路中央分隔带既有RA型混凝土路缘石表层病害的调查结果,提出了混凝土路缘石表层病害的划分等级,揭示了表层病害分布特征与发展规律;通过对既有混凝土路缘石表层病害成因分析表明:路缘石表层病害与卵石混凝土材料特性、河西地区干旱少雨、大风多风及寒冷气候有直接关系,沿线盐渍土及含氯融雪剂的化学腐蚀作用、冻融循环破坏等,直接加剧了混凝土路缘石的表层损坏,不同程度影响了路容路貌与交通行车安全。Based on the investigation results of the surface diseases of RA type concrete curbs in the early central divider of highways in Hexi region,a classification level of surface diseases of concrete curbs was proposed,revealing the distribution characteristics and development laws of surface diseases;Through the analysis of the causes of surface damage to existing concrete curbs,it is shown that the surface damage of curbs is directly related to the characteristics of pebble concrete materials,drought and low rainfall,strong winds and cold climates in the Hexi region.The chemical corrosion of saline soil and chlorine containing snow melting agents along the line,freeze-thaw cycle damage,etc.,directly exacerbate the surface damage of concrete curbs and affect the road appearance and traffic safety to varying degrees.
