摘　　要：本文在对S制药厂生产过程风险分析的基础上,采用LEC法对辨识定性的危害因素进行定量风险分析,判定风险等级,对辨识到的中度及以上风险,逐条制定了风险管控责任清单和风险管控措施清单。对该厂进行隐患排查,共发现隐患10项,并提出了整改措施及建议。为保证企业双重预防机制的有效运行奠定了基础,也为类似企业双重预防机制的建设提供了新的参照。Based on the risk analysis of the production process of S Pharmaceutical Factory,this article uses LEC method to conduct quantitative risk analysis on the identified qualitative hazard factors,determine the risk level,and formulate a risk control responsibility list and risk control measures list for the identified moderate and above risks one by one.A hidden danger investigation was conducted on the factory,and a total of 10 hidden dangers were identified.Rectification measures and suggestions were proposed.This has laid the foundation for the effective operation of the dual prevention mechanism in enterprises and provided new references for the construction of similar dual prevention mechanisms in enterprises.
