摘　　要：在电力建设领域,造价分析是项目管理中至关重要的一环,尤其对于像国网冀北电力有限公司这样的大型能源企业而言,其重要性不言而喻。本研究聚焦于PCA(主成分分析)和回归方法等先进统计技术在造价分析中的应用,通过应用这些统计技术,本研究期望能够揭示出变电工程造价的内在规律和主要影响因素,为国网冀北电力在未来的项目管理中提供宝贵的参考和借鉴。In the field of electric power construction,cost analysis is a crucial part of project management,especially for large energy enterprises such as State Grid Jibei Electric Power Co.,Ltd.,its importance is self-evident.This study focuses on PCA(principal component analysis)and regression method of advanced statistical technology in the application of cost analysis.Through the application of these statistical technology,this study aims to reveal the inherent laws and main influencing factors of substation project cost,providing valuable reference and inspiration for State Grid Jibei Electric Power in future project management.
