摘　　要：本文深入探讨了山东省菏泽市医学专科项目进度管理的各个方面,包括进度更新调整、实施进度方案的保证措施等。通过采取组织保证、资源保障、安全管理及全面协调等策略,项目团队成功应对了施工中的各类挑战,确保了工期的顺利推进。文章强调了安全管理在进度控制中的关键作用,并指出资源合理配置与全面协调对工程进度的重要性。最终,项目按时交付,不仅体现了高效的管理水平,也为未来类似工程提供了可借鉴的经验。This paper deeply discusses all aspects of progress management of medical specialty projects in Heze City,Shandong Province,including progress update and adjustment,the guarantee measures of implementation progress plan,etc.By adopting the strategies of organizational guarantee,resource guarantee,safety management and comprehensive coordination,the project team has successfully dealt with various challenges in the construction and ensured the smooth progress of the construction period.The paper emphasizes the key role of safety management in schedule control,and points out the importance of reasonable allocation and comprehensive coordination of resources to the progress of the project.In the end,the project is delivered on time,which not only reflects the efficient management level,but also provides a useful experience for similar projects in the future.
