摘 要:目前在高速铁路隧道衬砌施工中,采用衬砌台车浇筑为最主要施工方法,但在传统台车浇筑过程经常出现混凝土离析、密实度不足、拱顶空洞,台车跑模、漏浆、振捣不充分、搭接不良、拱顶超压等问题,以及在变截面隧道中,采用传统台车或者排架+型钢支撑体系方式不能满足施工要求,为解决传统衬砌台车的施工质量问题,中铁十局城轨公司在现有台车基础上进行升级改造,实现了自动化浇筑台车,让施工更方便、监管更简单、质量更可靠,并且在变截面铁路隧道中首次实现了衬砌台车改装技术,有效节约成本,重复利用次数增加,提高功效。At present,in the construction of high-speed railway tunnel lining,the main construction method is to use lining trolleys for pouring.However,in the traditional trolley pouring process,concrete segregation,insufficient compactness,arch cavity,trolley mold running,slurry leakage,insufficient vibration,poor overlap,arch overpressure and other problems often occur.In addition,in variable cross-section tunnels,the use of traditional trolleys or bent frame+steel support system cannot meet the construction requirements.In order to solve the construction quality problems of traditional lining trolleys,China Railway Tenth Bureau Urban Rail Transit Company has upgraded and transformed the existing trolley foundation,realizing automated pouring trolleys,making construction more convenient,supervision simpler,and quality more reliable.For the first time,the lining trolley modification technology has been realized in variable cross-section railway tunnels,effectively saving costs,increasing the reuse frequency,and improving the efficacy.
