摘 要:传统盖梁施工采用支架现浇法,主要工序均在墩柱顶端进行,施工工期长,高空作业危险性高。随着桥梁预制体系的完善,盖梁预制工艺迅速发展。大节段盖梁预制拼装具有施工周期短、土地占用少、交通阻碍作用弱等优势,已运用于市政桥梁建设。以G312南京城区段改扩建项目为例,对大节段盖梁预制拼装工艺流程进行说明,介绍预制拼装盖梁的几类横断面布置形式及其特点,总结盖梁预制拼装工法在工程中的特点。Traditional construction of bent cap adopts the cast-in-place method.The main process is carried out at the top of the pier,which makes the construction period time-consuming and dangerous.The improvement of bridge prefabrication system promotes the development of prefabrication technology of bent cap.Prefabrication technology of bent cap has been widely used in municipal bridge construction with the advantages of shorter construction period,less land occupation and less traffic obstruction.Taking the expansion project of G312 in Nanjing as an example,this paper illustrates the process flow of segmental prefabrication and assembly of large bent cap,introduces several types of cross-sectional layout forms and their characteristics of prefabrication bent cap.Lastly,we summarize the characteristics of prefabrication and assembly of bent cap based on a practical project.
