阿托伐他汀钙片、辅酶Q10联合应用治疗不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨阿托伐他汀钙片、辅酶Q10联合应用治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UA)患者的临床效果。方法将2019年1月—2022年1月我院收治的87例UA患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组43例、观察组44例,对照组采取阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,观察组采取阿托伐他汀钙片联合辅酶Q10治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果,血清总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)水平变化,血流动力学指标中心输出量(cardiac output,CO)、每搏输出量(stroke volume,SV)、心搏指数(stroke index,SI)、心脏指数(cardiac index,CI)、左室每搏做功指数(left ventricular stroke work index,LVSWI)的变化以及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血清TC、TG、CRP的值低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血流指标CO、SV、SI、CI、LVSWI的值高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀钙片、辅酶Q10联合治疗不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床效果显著,有利于降低患者血清水平、改善患者血流动力学指标,减缓病情的严重程度,有助于疾病康复,且药物不良反应少,使用较为安全,值得临床运用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of atorvastatin calcium tablets combined with coenzyme Q10 in the treatment of patients with unstable angina pectoris.Methods Eighty-seven patients with unstable angina pectoris admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected and divided into a control group(n=43)and an observation group(n=44)according to the random number table.The control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets and the observation group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets combined with coenzyme Q10.The therapeutic effects,changes in serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),C-reactive protein(CRP)levels,hemodynamic parameters central output(CO),stroke volume(SV),stroke index(SI),cardiac index(CI),left ventricular stroke work index(LVSWI)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the values of serum TC,TG,and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the values of blood flow parameters CO,SV,SI,CI,and LVSWI in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin calcium tablets combined with coenzyme Q10 has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of patients with unstable angina pectoris,which is beneficial to reduce the serum level,improve the hemodynamic parameters of patients,slow down the severity of the disease,contribute to the rehabilitation of the disease,and has fewer adverse drug reactions.It is safe to use and is worthy of clinical application.
