摘 要:目的探讨左西孟旦联合新活素对急性心衰(AHF)患者血清N末端B型利钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)水平的影响。方法选取医院2021年10月—2023年2月收治的AHF患者86例,按随机数字表法分为对照组(43例)、治疗组(43例);对照组予左西孟旦治疗,治疗组予左西孟旦联合新活素治疗;对比两组血清NT-proBNP与NE水平、心功能指标及血流动力学指标。结果治疗组治疗后血清NT-proBNP与NE水平、肺毛细血管楔压(PCWP)、平均动脉压(MAP)较对照组低,心室射血分数(LVEF)、心脏指数(CI)、左心室短轴缩短率(FS)较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论AHF采用左西孟旦联合新活素治疗可降低血清NT-proBNP与NE水平,改善心功能与血流动力学。Objective To investigate the effect of levosimendan combined with neomycin on serum N-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide precursor(NT proBNP)and norepinephrine(NE)levels in patients with acute heart failure(AHF).Methods 86 AHF patients admitted to the hospital from October 2021 to February 2023 were randomly divided into a control group(43 cases)and a treatment group(43 cases)using a random number table method;The control group was treated with levosimendan,while the treatment group was treated with levosimendan combined with neomycin;Compare the serum NT proBNP and NE levels,cardiac function indicators,and hemodynamic indicators between the two groups.After treatment,the levels of serum NT proBNP and NE,pulmonary capillary wedge pressure(PCWP),and mean arterial pressure(MAP)in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,while ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),cardiac index(CI),and left ventricular short axis shortening rate(FS)were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of AHF with levosimendan combined with neomycin can reduce serum NT proBNP and NE levels,improve cardiac function and hemodynamics.
