摘　　要：目的旨在评估艾司氯胺酮与舒芬太尼联合小剂量丙泊酚在宫腔镜手术中的麻醉效能及安全性。方法研究纳入2021年12月至2023年12月期间于本院接受宫腔镜手术的150名患者。随机分为两组,K组(艾司氯胺酮+小剂量丙泊酚)和S组(舒芬太尼+小剂量丙泊酚),每组各75名患者。记录两组患者各时间节点的生命体征指标(心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MBP)和脉搏氧饱和度(SpO_(2)))、使用的丙泊酚剂量、术后苏醒时间以及麻醉过程中出现的不良反应。结果在T1和T2时刻,K组的生命体征指标与S组均存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。K组丙泊酚使用剂量显著减少、苏醒时间显著缩短、麻醉并发症发生概率显著降低(P<0.05)。结论艾司氯胺酮联合小剂量丙泊酚在宫腔镜手术中提供了更加有效的麻醉效果,具有更优越的血流动力学稳定性和更高的安全性。Objective To evaluate the anesthetic efficacy and safety of ketamine combined with low-dose propofol and sufentanil in hysteroscopic surgery.Methods This study included 150 patients who underwent hysteroscopic surgery at our hospital from December 2021 to December 2023.They were randomly divided into two groups:Group K(ketamine+low-dose propofol)and Group S(sufentanil+low-dose propofol),with 75 patients in each group.Vital signs(heart rate(HR),mean arterial pressure(MAP),and pulse oximetry saturation(SpO_(2))),the dose of propofol used,postoperative recovery time,and adverse reactions during anesthesia were recorded for both groups.Results At times T1 and T2,there were significant differences in vital signs between Group K and Group S(P<0.05).Group K showed a significant reduction in the dose of propofol used,shortened recovery time,and a significantly lower probability of anesthetic complications(P<0.05).Conclusion Ketamine combined with low-dose propofol in hysteroscopic surgery provides more effective anesthesia,superior hemodynamic stability,and higher safety.
