摘　　要：目的探讨内膜剥脱术对颈动脉狭窄患者蛋白、相关酶水平及再狭窄的影响。方法本研究以本院2021年1月—2023年1月这一段时间内收治的颈动脉狭窄病人80例为此次试验的对象。按照手术方式不同分为颈动脉内膜剥脱术组(观察组)和颈动脉支架植入术组(对照组),各40例。观察两组手术疗效、手术前和手术后S100β蛋白、NSE水平及不良反应、再狭窄发生率。结果与对照组50.00%的治疗效果相比,观察组87.50%更高(P<0.05);术后两组血清S100β、NES低于术前(P<0.05);不良反应发生率及再狭窄率观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论颈动脉内膜剥脱术可提高颈动脉狭窄治疗效果,减轻S100β、NSE水平表达,降低再狭窄率。Objective To discuss the effect of carotid endarterectomy on serum soluble-protein 100β(S100β)protein,neuron specific enolase(NSE)and restenosis rate in patients with carotid artery stenosis.Methods Eighty cases of carotid artery stenosis patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected,and classified into two groups according to different surgical procedures,each with 40 cases.Observation group was given carotid endarterectomy,while control group received carotid artery stenting.Then the surgical efficacy,and the S100βprotein and NSE levels at baseline and postoperative 48h,as well as the incidence of adverse reactions and restenosis were compared between two groups.Results The clinical efficacy rate was 87.50%in observation group,which was higher than 50.00%in control group(P<0.05).Serum S100βand NSE levels yielded no statistical difference between two groups before surgery(P>0.05),while the two indicators showed a reduction in both groups at postoperative 48h(P<0.05).Observation group demonstrated a lower adverse reaction rate and restenosis rate than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of carotid endarterectomy in patients with carotid artery stenosis can effectively improve the treatment efficacy,reduce the expression S100βand NSE levels,and mitigate the risk of restenosis.
