摘 要:目的探讨预见性气道护理对肺癌根治术后机械通气患者血气功能及并发症的影响。方法回顾性分析2020年4月至2022年4月我院收治的110例行肺癌根治术后机械通气患者临床资料,根据护理方法分为观察组(55例,给与常规护理+预见性气道护理)与对照组(55例,给与常规护理),比较两组血气功能变化情况及并发症发生情况。结果护理24h后观察组血氧饱和度(SpO_(2))(97.43±1.62)%、血氧分压(PaO_(2))(89.35±7.18)mmHg均高于对照组SpO_(2)(94.47±1.97)%、PaO_(2)(82.74±7.21)mmHg,观察组二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))(50.69±6.18)mmHg低于对照组PaCO_(2)(55.82±6.53)mmHg(P<0.05)。观察组术后肺炎、肺不张、肺部感染及呼吸衰竭并发症总发生率3.64%(2/55)显著低于对照组16.36%(9/55)(P<0.05)。结论预见性气道护理能有效改善肺癌根治术后机械通气患者血气功能,降低术后并发症发生率,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of predictive airway nursing on blood gas function and complications in patients with mechanical ventilation after radical resection of lung cancer.Methods The clinical data of 110 patients with mechanical ventilation after radical resection of lung cancer admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into an observation group(n=55,conventional nursing+predictive airway nursing)and a control group(n=55,conventional nursing)according to nursing methods.The changes of blood gas function and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing for 24 hours,the oxygen saturation(SpO_(2))(97.43±1.62)%and partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_(2))(89.35±7.18)mmHg in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(94.47±1.97)%and PaO_(2)(82.74±7.21)mmHg.The partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2))(50.69±6.18)mmHg in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(55.82±6.53)mmHg(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of complications of postoperative pneumonia,atelectasis,pulmonary infection and respiratory failure in the observation group was 3.64%(2/55),which was significantly lower than 16.36%(9/55)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive airway nursing can effectively improve the blood gas function and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with mechanical ventilation after radical resection of lung cancer.It is worth popularizing.
