摘　　要：总结全国老中医药专家学术经验继承指导老师朱莹教授对李东垣“升阳除湿”理论的理解以及论治湿秘的临证经验。湿多成泄,然湿亦可致秘。朱莹教授认为脾主升清,胃主降浊,若脾气亏虚,胃腑不通,湿为阴邪,易伤阳气,清阳不升,浊阴不降,则发为湿秘。其以“升阳除湿”为治疗大法,临证治疗以健脾升阳、除湿化浊、行气导滞,辅以活血化瘀为治则治法。This article summarizes the understanding of Professor ZHU Ying,a guide teacher for the inheritance of academic experience of national senior traditional Chinese medicine experts,regarding LI Dongyuan's theory of"raising Yang and removing dampness"and her clinical experience in treating dampness-related constipation.While dampness often leads to diarrhea,it can also cause constipation.In recent years,the incidence of dampness-related constipation has increased,and traditional treatments for general constipation have often proven ineffective.Professor ZHU Ying posits that when Spleen-Qi is deficient,which is responsible for the upward transportation of nutrients,the stomach's function of downward transportation of digested food becomes obstructed.Dampness,being a yin evil,readily injures Yang,impairing the ascending of clear Yang and the descending of turbid yin,ultimately leading to dampness-related constipation.Her treatment approach involves"raising Yang and removing dampness",clinically focusing on strengthening the Spleen to raise Yang,resolving dampness and turbidity,regulating Qi flow to relieve stagnation,and supplementing with blood-activating herbs to remove blood stasis.
