摘  要:针对当前太空目标快速增多、国外太空态势感知系统不断变化的实际情况,采用公开文献分析方法,客观分析了太空态势感知对象的变化发展,为太空态势感知系统的整体创新发展提供有益参考;系统梳理了国外太空态势感知地基雷达、地基光学设备及天基卫星等装备的发展情况;预测了多地基相控阵雷达、光电阵、天基观测等技术在提升空间态势感知敏感度中占据的重要位置;更远探测距离和更高分辨率的地基观测和近距离的天基观测技术将成为提高探测分辨率的主要发展方向;信息融合跟踪算法、频谱观测识别等技术将在增强目标跟踪识别中发挥更大的作用。In view of the reality that the number of space targets is currently increasing rapidly and foreign space situational awareness systems are constantly changing, the method of analyzing literature review is adopted to objectively analyze the changing and developing trends of space situational awareness objects,thus providing a useful reference for the overall innovative development of space situational awareness systems. It is sorted out systematically the development status of foreign space situational awareness equipment such as ground-based radars, ground-based optical devices and space-based satellites. It is predicted that technologies such as multi-ground-based phased array radars, electro-optical arrays and space-based observations will play an important role in improving the sensitivity of space situational awareness. Ground-based observation technologies with a longer detection range and higher resolution as well as close-range space-based observation technologies will become the main development directions for improving the detection resolution. Meanwhile, information fusion tracking algorithms, spectrum observation and identification technologies and so on will play a greater role in enhancing target tracking and identification.
