摘　　要：目的 分析经济发展水平、生态环境质量与居民健康水平之间的关系,并探究生态环境质量在二者之间的中介效应。方法 基于中国2012—2022年省级面板数据,通过建立基准回归模型分析经济发展水平与居民健康水平之间的关系。并采用中介效应检验三步法与bootstrap检验对生态环境质量的中介效应进行探究。结果 经济发展水平与居民健康水平间呈正相关(β=0.01,P<0.05)。环境治理投资对居民健康水平存在中介作用(β=-0.005,P<0.01)。城市生活环境质量未通过非参数百分位bootstrap检验(95%CI:-0.001~0.004),对居民健康水平间接效应不显著。环境治理压力对居民健康水平的中介效应值为0.003,占总效应值的13.64%,通过非参数百分位bootstrap检验。结论 经济发展水平对居民健康水平有显著的促进作用,经济发展水平可以通过对环境治理压力、环境治理投资产生的间接效应来提升居民健康水平。Objective To analyze the relationship between economic development level,ecological environment quality,and residents’health level,and to explore the mediating effect of ecological environment quality between the two.Methods Based on provincial panel data from China from 2012 to 2022,a baseline regression model was established to analyze the relationship between economic development level and residents’health level.The mediating effect of ecological environment quality was examined using the three-step method and Bootstrap testing.Results There is a positive correlation between economic development level and residents’health level(β=0.01,P<0.05).Environmental governance investment has a mediating effect on residents’health level(β=-0.005,P<0.01).The quality of urban living environment did not show a significant indirect effect on residents’health level through the non-parametric percentile Bootstrap test(95%CI:-0.001 to 0.004).The mediating effect of environmental governance pressure on residents’health level was 0.003,accounting for 13.64%of the total effect,as verified by the non-parametric percentile Bootstrap test.Conclusion Economic development level has a significant positive impact on residents’health level,and it can enhance residents’health level through the indirect effects generated by environmental governance pressure and investment.
