摘　　要：目的 探讨中国人群天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)及丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)比值与糖尿发病率的关系。方法从DRYAD数据库中提取2010—2016年中国成年人数据。采用Cox回归模型探讨AST/ALT比值与糖尿病发生之间的关系,使用平滑曲线拟合来识别非线性关系,并通过分段线性回归函数寻找最佳的风险拐点。结果 研究纳入86 145名参与者,调整协变量后发现,AST/ALT比值与糖尿病发病率呈负相关(HR=0.44, 95%CI:0.38~0.51, P<0.001),二分段线性回归函数发现最佳风险拐点为1.3。拐点左侧HR=0.3(95%CI:0.2~0.3, P<0.001),右侧HR=0.9(95%CI:0.7~1.2, P=0.561)。结论 AST/ALT比值可预测糖尿病的发生,并与糖尿病发生率呈负相关关系。Objective To investigate the relationship between the aspartate aminotransferase(AST)to alanine aminotransferase(ALT)ratio and the incidence of diabetes in the Chinese population.Methods Data of Chinese adults from 2010 to 2016 were extracted from the DRYAD database.Cox regression models were employed to explore the association between the AST/ALT ratio and diabetes incidence,while smooth curve fitting was used to identify non-linear relationships.A piecewise linear regression function was applied to determine the optimal risk threshold.Results A total of 86145 participants were included in the study.After adjusting for covariates,a negative correlation was found between the AST/ALT ratio and diabetes incidence(HR=0.44,95%CI:0.38-0.51,P<0.001).The piecewise linear regression function identified the optimal risk threshold at 1.3.For values to the left of the threshold,HR=0.3,95%CI:0.2-0.3,P<0.001;for values to the right,HR=0.9,95%CI:0.7-1.2,P=0.561.Conclusion The AST/ALT ratio is a predictor of diabetes occurrence and is negatively correlated with diabetes incidence.
