摘　　要：习近平经济思想在坚持马克思主义政治经济学基本原理的基础上守正创新,科学阐明了新的历史起点上规范和引导资本健康发展、发挥资本作为重要生产要素的积极作用以及壮大耐心资本的逻辑理路,为新时代新征程经济高质量发展提供了根本遵循。耐心资本在投资目标、风险偏好、投资方式和价值取向等方面对传统资本进行了创新,并在推动经济高质量发展、促进新质生产力、推进经济绿色转型等方面具有重要作用,为资本的合理配置和经济稳健发展提供了新的思路和途径。在强国建设、民族复兴的新征程上,壮大耐心资本必须完善金融市场体系,发挥“有效市场+有为政府”的系统合力,加强政策引导和市场监管,以更好地推进中国式现代化行稳致远。On the basis of adhering to the basic principles of Marxist political economy,Xi Jinping's economic thought adheres to integrity and innovation,and scientifically clarifies the logical principles at a new historical starting point for regulating and guiding the sound development of capital,exerting the active role of capital as an important productive factor,and expanding the patient capital,thus providing the fundamental guidance for the high-quality development on the new journey in the new era.Patient capital has innovated traditional capital in terms of investment objectives,risk preferences,investment methods,and value orientation.The proposal and development of patient capital provide new ideas and approaches for the rational allocation of capital and the sustainable development of the economy and society.It plays an important role in promoting high-quality economic development,new productivity,and green economic transformation.On the new journey of building a strong country and rejuvenating the nation,expanding patient capital requires improving the financial market system,giving play to the systematic joint force of“effective market+promising government”,strengthening policy guidance and market supervision,so as to better promote Chinese modernization and achieve stability.
