基于SAQ评估及Apelin-13水平探讨麝香保心丸治疗冠心病介入术后患者疗效及机制的临床研究

摘　　要：目的通过西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)评估及Apelin-13水平评价麝香保心丸对冠心病介入术后患者的疗效及相关机制。方法选取入院诊断为冠心病并行介入手术的患者126例,术后常规冠心病二级预防用药,将其随机分为两组,对照组常规西药治疗,研究组加用麝香保心丸治疗,分析两组患者治疗前后SAQ评分,检测Apelin-13水平,记录药物不良反应。结果与对照组相比,研究组在治疗后SAQ评分明显改善(P<0.05),Apelin-13水平明显提高(P<0.05),不良反应无明显增加。结论冠心病介入术后加用麝香保心丸治疗可以提高外周血中Apelin-13含量,改善患者临床症状及生活质量,安全有效,值得推广应用。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Shexiang Baoxin Pills for post-interventional coronary artery disease patients and related mechanisms by Seattle Angina Questionnaire and Apelin-13 level.Methods A total of 126 patients were selected for diagnosis of coronary artery disease and interventional surgery,and were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was added with Shexiang Baoxin Pills.The Seattle Angina Quantitative Score and Apelin-13 level were analyzed before and after the treatment of the two groups,and the adverse effects of the drugs were recorded.Results Compared with the control group,the study group showed significant improvement in the quantitative score of angina pectoris(P<0.05)and Apelin-13 level(P<0.05)after the addition of Shexiang Baoxin Pills,and there was no significant increase in the adverse reactions.Conclusion The addition of Shexiang Baoxin Pills after coronary intervention can increase the Apelin-13 level in peripheral blood,improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients,which is safe and effective,and worthy of popularization and application.
