摘　　要：目的系统评价老年人社会支持体验的质性研究,为开展社会支持研究提供参考。方法全面系统地检索中国知网、万方数据、维普网、中华医学期刊全文数据库,以及PubMed、Web of Science和Cochrane Library等数据库中的中英文文献有关老年人社会支持的质性研究。检索时限为从建库至2024年7月,采用澳大利亚乔安娜布里格斯研究所(JBI)研发的质性研究质量评估工具进行文献质量评估,采用汇集性整合的方法对结果进行综合分析。结果共纳入9篇文献,萃取出34个研究结果,并将其归纳重组为13个类别,最终得出了老年人的社会支持与孤独感、老年人的健康支持与自我管理和老年人社会支持期望3个整合结果。结论老年人的社会支持系统面临复杂的身心挑战和多层次的照护需求,应充分关注老年人对社会支持的体验和需求,建立支持干预措施,完善社会支持保障路径,促进高质量养老。Objective To systematically evaluate the qualitative research on the real experience of social support of the elderly,and to provide reference for the development of social support.Methods A comprehensive search of CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,Chinese medical journal full text database,PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane Library database was conducted to include qualitative research on the real experience of social support for the elderly.The retrieval time limit is from the establishment of the database to July 2024.The quality of the literature was evaluated using the qualitative research quality evaluation tool of the Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)in Australia,and the results were integrated using the method of pooled integration.Results A total of 9 articles were selected,from which we extracted and summarized 34 findings into 13 novel categories.Subsequently,three consolidated outcomes were derived,namely,the elderly's social support and loneliness,the elderly's health support and self-management,and the elderly's expectation of social support.Conclusion The social support system of the elderly is facing complex physical and mental challenges and multi-level care needs.We should pay full attention to the experience and needs of the elderly for social support,establish support interventions,improve the path of social support and security,and promote high-quality elderly care.
