基于Kano模型调查分析住院老年慢病患者支持性照护需求

摘　　要：目的调查并分析住院老年慢病患者的支持性照护需求,为制定基于Kano模型的老年慢病患者个性化护理干预方案提供参考依据。方法采用自行设计的老年慢病患者支持性照护需求问卷,对绵阳市某三级甲等医院300例住院老年慢病患者进行调查。结果通过Kano模型进行需求分析,住院老年慢病患者支持性照护需求包括魅力属性9个、期望属性13个、无差异属性6个、必备属性8个,未发现反向属性和可疑结果。结论基于Kano模型的指导支持性照护需求分析,可以为医护人员制定干预措施提供依据,指导医护人员深入了解患者的照护需求,提高医疗服务质量,提升患者满意度。Objective To investigate and analyze the supportive care needs of hospitalized elderly patients with chronic diseases,and to provide reference for further developing individualized nursing intervention programs for elderly patients with chronic diseases based on Kano model.Methods 300 patients with senile chronic diseases in a hospital in Mianyang city were investigated by using a self-designed questionnaire on supportive care needs.Results According to the Kano model,the supportive care needs of elderly patients with chronic diseases included 9 charm attributes,13 expected attributes,6 undifferentiated attributes and 8 essential attributes,and no reverse attributes and suspicious results were found.Conclusion The analysis of supportive care needs of elderly patients with chronic diseases based on Kano model can provide a basis for medical staff to further develop nursing intervention measures,guide the medical staff to deeply understand the care needs of patients,improve the quality of hospital medical service,and enhance patient service satisfaction.
