摘　　要：本文对老年衰弱患者的中医护理进行了综述,概述了衰弱的病因病机、中医护理的治则治法、主要内容及应用现状。中医护理依托完整且丰富的中医学理论体系,拥有熏、蒸、淋、洗、针、敷等护理技术,为衰弱老年人提供了多样化的护理措施。通过穴位刺激、运动干预、饮食护理等方法提高患者睡眠质量、认知功能,改善肌力,预防和治疗虚弱。本文还分析了老年衰弱患者中医护理研究的局限性,指出未来研究需要大样本多中心随机对照试验来验证中医护理技术效果,提高老年衰弱患者饮食依从性,并编制兼顾体中医证候特点与客观性的衰弱评估工具。本文旨在为构建具有中医护理特色的老年衰弱患者护理方案提供参考。This paper reviews the Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing for frailty in elderly patients,outlines the etiology and pathogenesis of frailty,therapeutic principles,development,main contents of traditional Chinese medicine nursing for frailty in elderly patients.The complete and rich theoretical system of TCM nursing,as well as nursing techniques such as fumigation,steaming,rinsing,washing,acupuncture and herbal application,provide a wealth of nursing measures for elderly patients with frailty.Acupuncture stimulation,exercise intervention and dietary nursing improve patients'sleep quality,cognitive function,enhance muscle strength and prevent and treat frailty;Scales and biomarkers are used for the assessment of frailty and the evaluation of the effect of TCM nursing;The limitations of current TCM nursing research for elderly patients with frailty are analyzed.Future research needs large-sample,multi center,randomized controlled trials to verify the effects of TCM nursing techniques,improve the dietary compliance of elderly patients with frailty,and develop frailty assessment tools that integrate the characteristics of TCM syndromes with objectivity.The aim is to provide a reference for the construction a TCM nursing plan with distinctive TCM characteristics for elderly patients with frailty.
