穴位相关护理技术在认知衰弱患者中应用的范围综述

摘　　要：目的对改善老年认知衰弱患者的穴位相关护理技术进行范围综述,为后续中医护理干预研究提供参考。方法基于范围综述的方法学框架,检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普网、中国生物医学数据库、PubMed、Wos of Science、Cochrane、OVID、CINAHL等9个数据库,检索时限为建库至2024年9月,并对文献进行筛选、归纳及分析。结果共纳入16篇文献,详细描述了穴位相关护理技术改善认知衰弱的基本内容。其中,穴位按摩6篇、艾灸6篇、耳穴疗法2篇、穴位贴敷1篇、穴位按摩联合穴位贴敷1篇。因干预方式不同,穴位选择、干预频率及周期存在一定的差异。结论穴位相关护理技术对老年认知衰弱患者有一定的积极效果。Objective To summarize the range of acupoint-related nursing techniques for elderly patients with cognitive frailty,and to provide reference for the follow-up study of TCM nursing intervention.Methods Based on the methodological framework of scope review,9 databases including CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,China Biomedical Database,PubMed,Wos Of Science,Cochrane,OVID and CINAHL were searched from the database establishment to September 2024.The literature is screened,summarized and analyzed.Results A total of 16 literatures were included,describing in detail the basic contents of acupoint-related nursing techniques to improve cognitive frailty.Among them,6 acupointmassage,6 moxibustion,2 auricular point therapy,1 acupoint application,and 1 acupoint massage combined with acupoint application.Because of different intervention methods,there are certain differences in the selection of acupoints,frequency and cycle of intervention.Conclusion Acupoint-related nursing techni-que has positive effect on senile patients with cognitive decline.
