摘　　要：现代医学认为中风病是脑血管病的一种类型,在我国老年人群呈高发趋势,提高中风病的康复治疗效果是当前治疗的重心。张喜奎教授认为老年人具有内伤积损、劳累过度、脾胃衰弱而其气渐虚的特点,故风邪乘虚而入,直中经络,加之气虚无以帅血,血行迟滞,留于脉络,合而发为半身不遂。张教授将此病理基础总结为气虚络瘀证,并认为常贯穿于中风病的各个阶段,是中风病的重要病机之一。根据本病患者表现为正气亏虚为本、脉络瘀阻为标的病理特点,张教授设补气通络方,该方具有补气健脾、活血补血通络的功效,于临床治疗获得满意疗效,促进了中风病患者的康复,值得推广。Stroke is recognized as a type of cerebrovascular disease in modern medicine and is highly prevalent among the elderly population in China.To improving the effectiveness of rehabilitation treatments of stroke being a current focus.Professor Zhang Xikui posits that elderly individuals often exhibit characteristics such as internal injuries,excessive fatigue,weakness of the spleen and stomach,and a gradual decline in Qi.Consequently,pathogenic Wind exploits this deficiency to invade the meridians,and when combined with Qi deficiency,it disrupts the regulation of blood flow.This leads to sluggish blood circulation and stagnation within the meridians,resulting in hemiplegia.Professor Zhang has summarized this pathological basis as“Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,”which he believes is a consistent feature across various stages of stroke and is one of the key pathological mechanisms of the disease.The Buqitongluo decoction treatment is designed based on the pathological characteristics of patients with this condition,specifically the deficiency of positive Qi and obstruction of blood vessels.This treatment aims at replenish Qi,strengthen the spleen,promote blood circulation,supplement blood,and unblock collateral.It has shown efficacy in clinical treatments,aiding the recovery of stroke patients,and is worthy of broader promotion.
