绿色建筑理念下的房屋质量监管体系构建研究

摘　　要：随着可持续发展理念深入推进,绿色建筑理念逐渐被引入到房屋建设中,促使房屋建筑更加节能环保,有效减少了房屋建筑对环境的污染。在绿色建筑理念下,如何借助有效的措施实现对房屋质量的严格监管,提升房屋建筑安全性及延长其使用寿命,已成为社会各界重点关注的问题。基于此,文章阐述了绿色建筑理念下房屋质量监管现状,分析了绿色建筑理念下房屋质量监管的价值,并提出了绿色建筑理念下的房屋质量监管体系构建策略,以供参考。With the in-depth promotion of the concept of sustainable development,the concept of green building has been gradually introduced into the housing construction,which makes the housing construction more energy-saving and environmental protection,and effectively reduces the environmental pollution of housing construction.Under the concept of green building,how to use effective measures to realize the strict supervision of housing quality,improve the safety of housing construction and extend its service life has become the focus of the community.Based on this,this paper expounds the current situation of housing quality supervision under the concept of green building,analyzes the value of housing quality supervision under the concept of green building,and puts forward the construction strategy of housing quality supervision system under the concept of green building,for reference.
