摘　　要：随着绿色建筑理念的普及,传统老旧住宅亟需通过绿色建筑技术手段进行改造。文章阐述了绿色建筑的主要原则,提出了外墙保温隔热、水资源循环利用、噪声控制等硬装设计策略。在软装设计方面,文章提出多功能家具设计和家居用品再利用的具体方法,以优化空间利用和资源循环利用;在智能设计方面,引入了智能家居系统和智能生活设备,以实现家庭环境的智能化控制和管理。With the popularization of green building concepts,traditional old residential buildings urgently need to be renovated through green building technology.The article elaborates on the main principles of green buildings and proposes hard decoration design strategies such as external wall insulation,water resource recycling,and noise control.In terms of soft decoration design,the article proposes specific methods for multifunctional furniture design and household item reuse,optimizing space utilization and resource recycling;In terms of intelligent design,introducing smart home systems and smart living devices to achieve intelligent control and management of the home environment.
