摘　　要：随着信息科技的快速发展,绿色化、信息化的生产管理模式在建筑行业中的应用越来越广。这些模式以其高效、便捷、节能等特点,成为现代土木工程建设项目的重要选择。由于土木工程项目内容繁杂,生产管理往往涉及多个环节,传统的管理方式已无法高效满足管理要求。而BIM技术的引入,为工程管理提供了新的思路和方法。基于此,文章探讨了BIM技术在工程项目管理中的具体应用。研究结果显示,利用BIM技术建立数据库,结合RFID等技术打通信息管理渠道,可实现材料的高效化管理;借助BIM三维模型构建,可以为结构设计提供依据。With the rapid development of information technology,the application of green and information-based production management models in the construction industry is becoming increasingly widespread.These models have become important choices for modern civil engineering construction projects due to their high efficiency,convenience,and energy efficiency.The content of civil engineering projects is complex,and production management often involves multiple links.Traditional management methods can no longer efficiently meet management requirements.The introduction of BIM technology provides new ideas and methods for engineering management.Based on this,the article explores the specific application of BIM technology in engineering project management.The research results show that using BIM technology to establish a database,combined with RFID and other technologies to open up information management channels,can achieve efficient management of materials;With the help of BIM 3D model construction,it can provide a basis for structural design.
