摘　　要：合理设计高密度住宅布局,有助于提高住宅利用率和人们的生活品质。文章探讨了高密度住宅设计中的主要挑战,提出采用开放式布局、模块化家具、优化建筑材料选择、合理规划交通流线及停车设施,以及集成化基础设施设计等措施,以期提高高密度住宅的空间利用效率,降低成本,并改善居民生活质量。Rational design of high-density residential layout is helpful to improve residential utilization and people̓s quality of life.This paper discusses the main challenges in the design of high-density housing,and puts forward measures such as using open layout,modular furniture,optimizing the selection of building materials,reasonably planning traffic flow lines and parking facilities,and integrated infrastructure design,in order to improve the space utilization efficiency of high-density housing,reduce costs,and improve the quality of life of residents.
