摘　　要：文章结合海南医学院第一附属医院江东新院区项目,对膜结构的施工工艺流程及要点进行总结。首先,文章验算了100 t汽车吊地基承载力,并对吊索具相关参数进行了计算;其次,通过计算得到在吊装5 t<G≤10 t的高质量构件情况下钢丝绳的公称直径、许用应力、吊点承载力以及对应吊点卡环承载力;最后,得出可选用直径为28 mm、公称抗拉强度为1850 N/mm^(2)的6×37钢丝绳作吊索,且每个吊点可选用8 t的卡环。This article summarizes the construction process and key points of membrane structures based on the Jiangdong New Campus project of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical College.Firstly,the article verified the bearing capacity of the foundation of a 100 ton truck crane and calculated the suspension equipment;Secondly,the nominal diameter,allowable stress,lifting point bearing capacity,and corresponding lifting point clamp ring bearing capacity of the steel wire rope are calculated for lifting high-quality components with a weight of 5 t<G≤10 t;Finally,a 6×37 steel wire rope with a diameter of 28 mm and a nominal tensile strength of 1850 N/mm^(2) can be selected as the suspension cable,and 8 t snap rings can be used for each lifting point.
