摘　　要：随着科技的飞速发展和人们对居住环境要求的不断提升,建筑机电设备的功能日益复杂,安装施工的技术难度也逐渐增加。为确保机电设备系统的高效运行与长期稳定,文章将从建筑机电设备概述出发,对建筑机电设备布局设计、安装技术、调试运行等进行分析,并提出一些相关的安装质量控制措施,为建筑机电设备安装工程的实践提供理论指导和技术支持。With the rapid development of science and technology and the continuous improvement of people̓s requirements for the living environment,the functions of building electromechanical equipment are increasingly complex,and the technical difficulty of installation and construction is also gradually increasing.In order to ensure the efficient operation and long-term stability of mechanical and electrical equipment system,this paper will start from the overview of building mechanical and electrical equipment,analyze the layout design,installation technology,commissioning and operation of building mechanical and electrical equipment,and put forward some related installation quality control measures,so as to provide theoretical guidance and technical support for the practice of building mechanical and electrical equipment installation engineering.
