高速公路盖板涵无缝防水施工技术研究

摘  要:高速公路中盖板涵是设计上必不可少的一项工程内容,在机耕、过人或过水方面起到重要作用,但通车运营后常常出现盖板涵渗漏水的状况,增加了缺陷处置的费用。施工单位需要在施工过程中提高盖板涵防水的效果,并从源头上解决问题,以延长其使用寿命。文章通过优化雄信项目盖板涵防水工艺和应用高分子材料,对内外侧拉杆孔、沉降缝、盖板顶施工缝及外侧墙身进行无缝封堵,以提高盖板涵防水质量,为盖板涵数量较多的类似项目提供借鉴。The slab culvert in the expressway is an essential engineering content in the design,which plays an important role in the aspects of machine farming,passing people or passing water.However,the leakage of slab culvert often occurs after the opening to traffic,which increases the cost of defect disposal.The construction unit needs to improve the waterproof effect of the slab culvert during the construction process,and solve the problem from the source,so as to extend its service life.This paper optimizes the waterproof process of the slab culvert in xiongxin project and applies polymer materials to seamlessly block the inner and outer tie rod holes,settlement joints,construction joints on the top of the slab and the outer wall body,so as to improve the waterproof quality of the slab culvert and provide reference for similar projects with a large number of slab culverts.
