住宅建筑地下室主体结构防水工程的渗漏防治措施研究

摘　　要：由于地下室处于地面以下,容易受到地下水、土壤湿气及其他外部环境因素的影响,因此防水施工和渗漏防治显得尤为重要。文章结合工程案例,从地下室的防水材料选择、SBS改性沥青防水卷材施工及细部防水工程施工工艺、质量通病防治措施等方面,对地下室防水工程施工技术质量控制要点以及地下室渗漏原因进行了研究。Due to the basement being located below ground level and susceptible to the influence of groundwater,soil moisture,and other external environmental factors,waterproofing construction and leakage prevention are particularly important.The article combines engineering cases to study the key points of quality control in basement waterproofing construction technology and the causes of basement leakage,including the selection of waterproofing materials for basements,the construction of SBS modified asphalt waterproofing membranes,the construction process of detailed waterproofing engineering,and measures to prevent common quality problems.
