摘 要:智能化技术在建筑给排水工程中的应用,能够有效提高给排水系统的运行效率,增强系统的安全性和稳定性。文章采用文献分析法与案例研究相结合的方法,分析了智能传感器、监测系统及其在实际项目中的应用效果。研究结果表明,智能化技术不仅可以实时监测水质、流量和压力等关键参数,还能实现管网的远程监控与管理,从而及时发现并解决漏损和堵塞等问题;同时,智能化技术的应用能够显著降低建筑给排水系统的维护成本,提升整体的运行效率。The application of intelligent technology in building water supply and drainage engineering can effectively improve the operation efficiency of water supply and drainage system and enhance the safety and stability of the system.Using the method of literature analysis and case study,this paper analyzes the intelligent sensor,monitoring system and its application effect in the actual project.The results show that the intelligent technology can not only monitor the key parameters such as water quality,flow and pressure in real time,but also realize the remote monitoring and management of the pipe network,so as to find and solve the problems of leakage and blockage in time;At the same time,the application of intelligent technology can significantly reduce the maintenance cost of building water supply and drainage system and improve the overall operation efficiency.
