预制装配式建筑外墙防水构造及施工要点分析

摘　　要：随着建筑质量要求的提高,预制装配式建筑作为一种新型建筑施工方式,以其施工周期短、节能环保、质量稳定等优势,受到了广泛的关注。外墙防水构造作为预制装配式建筑施工中的关键环节,其防水质量直接关系到建筑的使用寿命和居住舒适性。基于此,文章采用结合预制装配式建筑施工,对外墙防水构造展开探析,包括外挂式预制外墙板、开放式预制外墙板、内浇外挂预制外墙板,针对外墙防水施工的常见问题,提出了施工要点及施工策略,旨在进一步提高预制装配式建筑外墙防水施工质量。With the improvement of building quality requirements,prefabricated building,as a new construction method,has attracted extensive attention due to its advantages of short construction period,energy conservation and environmental protection,and stable quality.As a key link in the construction of prefabricated buildings,the waterproof structure of exterior walls is directly related to the service life and living comfort of buildings.Based on this,this paper uses the combination of prefabricated building construction to analyze the waterproof structure of exterior wall,including external prefabricated exterior wall panel,open prefabricated exterior wall panel,and internal cast external prefabricated exterior wall panel.Aiming at the common problems in the waterproof construction of exterior wall,it defines the construction points and construction strategies,in order to further improve the waterproof construction quality of prefabricated building exterior wall.
