摘　　要：房屋建筑地下室底板大体积混凝土由于浇筑体量比较大,水化热产生的总量较高,在进行施工时其质量控制难度大,很容易产生大体积混凝土裂缝等质量问题。因此,需要结合房屋建筑工程实际情况,严格按照地下室底板大体积混凝土技术要点进行施工,并采取合理、有效的裂缝控制措施,才能保证房屋建筑工程质量。文章以某房屋建筑工程为例,分析了地下室底板大体积混凝土施工重难点,以及从混凝土原材料选用、混凝土振捣、泌水处理、加强温度控制、优化配合比等方面,对大体积混凝土施工技术与裂缝控制措施进行了探讨。Due to the large pouring volume and high total amount of hydration heat generated,the quality control of large volume concrete in the basement floor of building construction is difficult,and it is easy to produce quality problems such as large volume concrete cracks.Therefore,it is necessary to combine the actual situation of building construction,strictly follow the technical points of large volume concrete in basement floor,and take reasonable and effective crack control measures to ensure the quality of building construction.The article takes a certain building construction project as an example to analyze the key and difficult points of the construction of large volume concrete for basement floor,and explores the construction technology and crack control measures of large volume concrete from the aspects of concrete raw material selection,concrete vibration,bleeding treatment,strengthening temperature control,and optimizing mix proportion.
