摘 要:文章系统地阐述了大体积混凝土的概念界定、材料特性及开裂成因理论,构建了涵盖原材料优选、配比科学设计、温控体系建立、全过程管控等核心要素的无缝施工技术框架。通过某典型办公建筑项目的实证分析,文章验证了该技术体系在提升混凝土结构整体性、实现零缺陷施工方面的显著优势。研究结果表明,采用优化后的无缝施工工艺既能全面提升混凝土浇筑质量与施工效率,抑制温度应力导致的结构性裂缝,还能降低工程全寿命周期成本,为同类超体量混凝土工程提供具有推广价值的理论支撑。This article systematically elaborates on the concept definition,material properties,and cracking cause theory of large volume concrete,and constructs a seamless construction technology framework covering core elements such as raw material selection,scientific design of proportioning,establishment of temperature control system,and whole process control.Through empirical analysis of a typical office building project,the article verifies the significant advantages of this technology system in improving the overall integrity of concrete structures and achieving zero defect construction.The research results indicate that adopting optimized seamless construction technology can comprehensively improve the quality and construction efficiency of concrete pouring,suppress structural cracks caused by temperature stress,and reduce the overall life cycle cost of the project,providing theoretical support with promotional value for similar super volume concrete projects.
