摘　　要：附着式升降脚手架作为一项先进施工技术,在高层住宅建筑中有着广泛的应用,不仅能提高施工效率,还能全面提升工程质量,减少施工安全隐患。文章分析了附着式升降脚手架的特点、构造以及施工流程,阐述了附着式升降脚手架施工技术应用路径,重点探讨了关键工序环节的实际操作要点,旨在提升附着式升降脚手架的施工水平,确保工程质量和保障施工人员安全。As an advanced construction technology,attached lifting scaffolding has been widely used in high-rise residential buildings.It can not only improve construction efficiency,but also comprehensively enhance project quality and reduce construction safety hazards.The article analyzes the characteristics,structure,and construction process of attached lifting scaffolding,elaborates on the application path of attached lifting scaffolding construction technology,and focuses on the practical operation points of key process links,aiming to improve the construction level of attached lifting scaffolding,ensure project quality,and ensure the safety of construction personnel.
