摘　　要：建筑幕墙作为高层建筑的重要组成部分,其施工质量直接关系到建筑的安全、功能和美观。文章首先阐述了其安全性、功能性、美观性、耐久性要求,其次分析了测量放线、预埋件安装检测、龙骨安装调整等关键技术,并结合实际案例进行了深入探讨,最后展望了绿色环保材料应用、智能化施工技术、模块化标准化施工等的发展趋势,为相关领域提供了参考借鉴,推动了我国高层住宅建筑幕墙施工技术的进步创新。As an important component of high-rise buildings,the construction quality of building curtain walls directly affects the safety,functionality,and aesthetics of the building.The article first elaborates on its requirements for safety,functionality,aesthetics,and durability.Secondly,it analyzes key technologies such as measurement and laying out,installation and testing of embedded parts,and adjustment of keel installation,and conducts in-depth discussions based on actual cases.Finally,it looks forward to the development trends of green and environmentally friendly material application,intelligent construction technology,modular standardization construction,etc.,providing reference and inspiration for related fields and promoting the progress and innovation of curtain wall construction technology in high-rise residential buildings in China.
