高层建筑地下防水工程施工质量隐患及控制策略研究

摘　　要：文章首先介绍了防水工程的基本概念及其在高层建筑中的重要性,指出其设计的复杂性、材料的高耐用性、施工的综合性及专业性;其次,分析了施工过程中常见的质量隐患,包括麻面、蜂窝、孔洞渗水、施工缝漏水、裂缝渗水、埋件周围漏水、防水层起砂以及管道穿墙渗水等问题;最后针对这些隐患,提出了相应的质量控制策略,如沉降缝处理、防水混凝土浇筑、防水材料的选择与施工、以及穿墙管线的安装等。The article first introduces the basic concept of waterproofing engineering and its importance in high-rise buildings,pointing out the complexity of its design,the high durability of materials,the comprehensiveness and professionalism of construction;Secondly,common quality hazards during the construction process were analyzed,including pockmarks,honeycombing,water seepage from holes,water seepage from construction joints,water seepage from cracks,water leakage around embedded parts,sanding of waterproof layers,and water seepage from pipes passing through walls;Finally,corresponding quality control strategies were proposed to address these hidden dangers,such as settlement joint treatment,waterproof concrete pouring,selection and construction of waterproof materials,and installation of through wall pipelines.
