摘　　要：水泥灌浆技术作为一种重要的地基处理方法,在住宅建筑地基施工中得到了广泛应用。该方法通过将水泥浆液注入土壤或岩层的空隙中,增强地基的承载力和稳定性,有效避免了地基沉降和不均匀沉降问题。文章探讨了水泥灌浆技术概述和分类,并结合实际工程案例,分析了水泥灌浆技术的具体应用,包括钻孔布置、浆液配比和施工工艺等,以期为相关工程提供参考和借鉴。Cement grouting technology,as an important foundation treatment method,has been widely used in the construction of residential building foundations.This method enhances the bearing capacity and stability of the foundation by injecting cement slurry into the voids of soil or rock layers,effectively avoiding the problems of foundation settlement and uneven settlement.The article discusses the overview and classification of cement grouting technology,and analyzes the specific applications of cement grouting technology based on practical engineering cases,including drilling layout,slurry ratio,and construction technology,in order to provide reference and inspiration for related projects.
