摘　　要：房屋建筑工程施工较为复杂,很多因素均会影响工程造价管理,加大工作难度。为了提升房屋建筑工程施工阶段工程造价管控效果,文章主要对房屋建筑工程施工阶段的工程造价控制和管理措施进行了研究,分析了施工阶段工程造价管控的重要性,并提出了有效的管理措施,旨在为相关人员提供参考。The construction of building projects is relatively complex,and many factors can affect project cost management,increasing the difficulty of the work.In order to improve the cost control effect during the construction phase of building construction projects,this article mainly studies the cost control and management measures during the construction phase of building construction projects,analyzes the importance of cost control during the construction phase,and proposes effective management measures,aiming to provide reference for relevant personnel.
