摘　　要：文章对预算管理、合同控制、进度协调、质量监督、材料与设备管理及风险评估6个方面进行了系统分析,并结合实际案例,研究了建筑监理在提高成本控制效果中的关键职能以及建筑监理在成本控制中的具体作用与挑战。研究发现,建筑监理面临专业能力不足、信息化应用滞后、合同变更频繁及多方协作困难等问题,通过加强监理人员培训、推动信息化管理、优化变更流程和构建高效协作机制,可以显著提升建筑项目的成本控制效果,为工程管理提供有力支持。This paper systematically analyzes the six aspects of budget management,contract control,schedule coordination,quality supervision,material and equipment management and risk assessment,and combined with practical cases,studies the key functions of construction supervision in improving the effect of cost control,as well as the specific roles and challenges of construction supervision in cost control.The study found that the construction supervision faced problems such as lack of professional ability,lagging application of information technology,frequent contract changes and difficulties in multi-party cooperation.By strengthening the training of supervision personnel,promoting information management,optimizing the change process and building an efficient cooperation mechanism,the cost control effect of construction projects could be significantly improved,providing strong support for project management.
