摘　　要：随着建筑行业的巨大变更以及居住住房政策的调整,住房逐渐形成高品质高质量发展的商品房和满足一般住房需求的保障性住房两大类型。文章通过分析保障性住房室内全装修项目特点,对保障性住房全装修成本进行研究,并找出影响装修成本的关键因素点,同时提出相应的成本控制措施,为全国保障性住房装修成本控制提供借鉴。With the significant changes in the construction industry and the adjustment of residential housing policies,housing has gradually formed two types:high-quality and high-quality commercial housing and affordable housing that meets general housing needs.The article analyzes the characteristics of affordable housing interior decoration projects,to study the cost of affordable housing decoration,and identifies key factors that affect decoration costs.At the same time,corresponding cost control measures are proposed to provide reference for the cost control of affordable housing decoration nationwide.
