摘　　要：文章分析了施工前期、施工过程、竣工验收阶段的安全管理实践及信息化手段的应用,总结了监理在安全管理中存在的主要问题,并提出了针对性的改进对策。研究结果表明,提升监理专业能力、完善管理机制、优化资源配置及推广信息化技术是提高施工安全管理效率的重要路径。This article analyzes the safety management practices and the application of information technology in the early stage of construction,construction process,and completion acceptance stage.It summarizes the main problems in safety management of supervision and proposes targeted improvement measures.The research results indicate that enhancing the professional competence of supervision,improving management mechanisms,optimizing resource allocation,and promoting information technology are important paths to improve the efficiency of construction safety management.
