EPC总承包项目建筑安装工程造价全过程控制措施研究

摘　　要：随着国家对工程总承包模式的推广和支持,EPC模式在大型复杂工程项目中得到了广泛应用。而在EPC模式下,如何有效控制工程造价以及确保项目在预算范围内顺利实施,成为了关键问题。基于此,文章以某建筑安装工程项目为例,从设计阶段、采购阶段、施工阶段以及竣工阶段,分别提出了设立投资控制点、优化优选设计方案、严控设计方案变更、推行限额采购制度、加强施工方案的技术经济对比、加强合同管理控制造价、加强施工中变更签证管理以及严格执行竣工验收程序等具体措施,旨在为类似项目的造价控制提供参考和借鉴。With the promotion and support of the general contracting mode by the state,the EPC mode has been widely used in large and complex engineering projects.Under the EPC mode,how to effectively control the project cost and ensure the smooth implementation of the project within the budget has become a key issue.Based on this,taking a construction and installation project as an example,from the design stage,the procurement stage,the construction stage and the completion stage,this paper puts forward specific measures such as setting up investment control points,optimizing and optimizing design schemes,strictly controlling the change of design schemes,implementing the quota procurement system,strengthening the technical and economic comparison of construction schemes,strengthening the contract management to control the cost,strengthening the change visa management in construction,and strictly implementing the completion acceptance procedures,aiming to provide reference for the cost control of similar projects.
