摘 要:建筑业面临高能耗问题,亟需应用创新管理模式和节能技术。文章深入探讨了建筑工程技术管理与节能减排的内在联系,揭示两者的相互影响机制,提出基于物联网的智能化施工管理系统、BIM+GIS全生命周期管理等创新策略,并分析新型相变材料、智能HVAC系统、能源区块链等先进节能技术的应用前景。文章通过案例研究,验证管理创新与节能技术整合应用的实际效果,为建筑业绿色低碳转型提供了可行路径,对推动行业可持续发展具有重要意义。The construction industry is facing the problem of high energy consumption and urgently needs to apply innovative management models and energy-saving technologies.The article delves into the intrinsic connection between construction technology management and energy conservation and emission reduction,revealing the mutual influence mechanism between the two.It proposes innovative strategies such as an intelligent construction management system based on the Internet of Things,BIM+GIS full lifecycle management,and analyzes the application prospects of advanced energy-saving technologies such as new phase change materials,intelligent HVAC systems,and energy blockchain.The article verifies the practical effect of integrating management innovation and energy-saving technology through case studies,providing a feasible path for the green and low-carbon transformation of the construction industry,and is of great significance for promoting the sustainable development of the industry.
