摘　　要：文章首先介绍了当前建设工程项目管理的现状与挑战,包括高度的复杂性和动态性、信息孤岛现象以及环境变化的影响;其次,分析了数字孪生技术在规划、建设和运维阶段的具体应用,并通过北京大兴国际机场和上海中心大厦的案例分析展示了其实际效果;最后,讨论了实施数字孪生技术面临的主要挑战及解决策略,并预测了未来的发展趋势。The article first introduces the current status and challenges of construction project management,including high complexity and dynamism,information silos,and the impact of environmental changes;Secondly,it analyzes the specific application of digital twin technology in the planning,construction and operation and maintenance stages,and demonstrates its practical effect through the case analysis of Beijing Daxing International Airport and Shanghai center Building;Finally,the main challenges and solutions faced in implementing digital twin technology were discussed,and future development trends were predicted.
